Policy Changes Due to COVID19

Friends and customers:

As you are probably already aware the state will be under a “stay at home” order starting Tuesday. This will no doubt have a huge impact on daily life for everyone. However, since auto repair is considered an essential service we will continue to operate for the foreseeable future. Vehicles currently in the shop will continue to be worked on and any upcoming appointments will be honored. We will be here to serve you as long as we are able, and it is safe to do so.

We will need to make some additional changes to the way we do business in order to protect our customers and staff. The biggest change is that the interior of our building will no longer be accessible to anyone other than team members. Customers are asked to follow the steps detailed below to interact with us. All deliveries will be placed outside the building and sanitized before being brought inside.

 

Please follow the following steps to ensure the safety of everyone:

To make an appointment: Simply contact our service consultants via email, text or phone. No changes here.

To drop your car off for an appointment: Please utilize our after hours drop box to deposit your key. We will check the box regularly. We can no longer offer you rides to or from our shop. If you are not comfortable dropping the car off and would prefer we pick it up please contact us to arrange details. This is not a service we normally offer so please be patient as we work though it. If you live beyond a reasonable distance, we may not be able to help.

To authorize service: We will text or email a link to your repair order for review. You will be able to authorize the initial work as well as any additional repairs needed through this portal. If you would prefer to discuss details over the phone don’t hesitate to reach out.

To make a payment: When work is complete, we will contact you to make payment via credit card over the phone.

To pick up your vehicle: When our work is done, we will sanitize the interior of your vehicle and park it in our lot. We will then work with you to schedule a time for pick-up that works for your schedule. If you have an extra set of keys, we can lock your car up with the keys inside. If you don’t, we can place them in a secure location.
